Tanurag Gautam is the founder and Director of Caring Hands SA, an NDIS-registered SIL and community care provider based in Adelaide.
He spent over three years on the floor — as a support worker, then coordinator — before stepping up to Director full-time. He built Caring Hands SA from the inside out, not the top down. Every policy, every shift structure, every tool it runs on was built by someone who knew what the work actually felt like at 3am.
His background is in cue sports: a discipline of precision under pressure, position play, and the principle that every shot is your own accountability. That is the standard he holds Caring Hands SA to — no shortcuts, no blame-shifting, long-game thinking behind every decision.
Tanurag also founded SILLIVE, the operating platform Caring Hands SA uses to run every shift, track every goal, and evidence every incident — built by a registered SIL provider, for registered SIL providers preparing for the 2026 and 2028 regulatory environment.
