Travel and Aid

At Caring hands, we strive to promote and assist our clients to gain greater independence and increased community connection through travel and transport. We provide assistance with all travel and transportation related needs to adults living with a disability across the south Australia region. This may include transport for educational, vocational, health and recreational purposes.

If you are unable to drive or use public transport without substantial difficulty, funding may be included in your NDIS plan for travel assistance. We can help you build your capacity to travel independently with our dedicated travel and transport services, including training you on how to use available public transport, purchasing tickets, reading bus/train routes and timetables.

We also have capacity to provide accessible vehicles to help you travel comfortably and independently. Our highly skilled and fully licensed drivers are ready to assist you and provide a safe and comfortable journey, whatever your needs. With all team members and vehicles fully insured and our cars subject to regularly safety inspections, you can rest assured you will be in safe hands at Caring hands.
